The fee for the academic summit for non-conference attendees is only $25, and includes a continental breakfast and lunch. The Academic Summit will take place on October 9, 2007. Scholars from around the world submitted papers on the theme "Sustainability, Clusters and Competitiveness." The scientific committee has chosen 23 papers by authors from 10 countries for presentation at the conference. The best papers will be published in a special issue of the journal Economic Development Quarterly.
