Eileen is responsible for Human Resources, Safety, Environmental and Legal Matters for PCC Structurals, Inc. and other business units of Precision Castparts Corp., a worldwide manufacturer of complex metal components and products for a wide variety of aerospace and general industrial applications headquartered in Portland, Oregon. Eileen joined PCC Structurals in 2001. Prior to joining PCC, Eileen was a partner with Stoel Rives LLP, where she focused on labor and employment with special emphasis on preventitive employer counseling and supervisor training.
Eileen is actively involved in civic and professional activities as well as having written several articles and books. Eileen is J.D. cum laude, University of Michigan; B.A. magna cum laude, Mundelein College, Chicago, Illinois; Graduate study, political science, University of Chicago.
