Duane Kissick is President of Planning and Development Collaborative International, Inc. (PADCO) with its headquarters located in Washington, D.C. PADCO's services include sustainable economic development, democracy, governance and services, humanitarian response, and reconstruction, and facilities and infrastructure. Mr. Kissick is an architect/planner with three decades of international experience in Asia, the Caribbean, Africa, the Near East, the Newly Independent States (NIS) and Eastern Europe. In April 2004, PADCO became one of AECOM's operating companies.
Mr. Kissick is fluent in French and has a BA from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana.
