Xabier de la Maza-y-Aramburu is Research Assistant at Institute for Kompetitiveness+Development, Orkestra, San Sebastián (Spain), which is an official member of the network of institutes of Harvard University's Institute for Strategy and Competitiveness. He currently develops his career within the area of Clusters, Innovation Systems & Regional Development.
Xabier attends PhD courses in Economics at Deusto University (Spain), where he obtained a B.A. in Business Administration with major in International Management in 2006. His research focuses on the Evaluation of Cluster Policy in a broad sense, and Entrepreneurship as he is a member of Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM), Basque Country.
