Rauli Sorvari is the Director of EduCluster Finland Business Networks Programme Manager HR, Regional Council of Central Finland responsible for the strategies and funding the development of human resources in Central Finland. Mr. Sorvari has over 25 years of experience in organizational development and regional development and has been an entrepreneur for 20 years. At the Regional Council of Central Finland he served as the HR program manager and was responsible for the HR and education funding and strategy as well as training projects (EU and national budget) in Central Finland. His expertise includes the funding of projects in the EU funding, management and leadership, entrepreneurship, learning and training, regional development and economy.
He has a Master of Political Sciences, Bachelor of Sciences and has done postgraduate studies for a doctorate degree in economics and entrepreneurship.
