Ms Helene Vogelmann, B. Sc. in Ba, has been working with cluster policy, knowledge development and implementing cluster based national innovative programs for the last four years in Sweden. This work has been conducted with Nutek, National Agency for Economic and Regional Development, ISA, Invest in Sweden Agency and VINNOVA, Agency for Innovation Systems.
Currently, Helene Vogelmann has developed Transforma, which is a regional cluster program, is part of the operational team of Baltic Sea Region Inno-Net project focusing amongst other objectives in designing a platform and framework for multinational cluster programmes in the BSR regions and is working in the Scania Region with regional innovation strategies and cluster portfolio development. Ms Vogelmann has also been working with the national institution of the Dahmén and has been part of designing tools and methods to develop cluster initiatives.
